Inspired by my left overs.
4 no bake lasagna noodles soaked in water for 20 - 30 min.
2 c. pasta sauce
2 slices bacon
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 T minced garlic
1 t red pepper flakes
1 t dried basil
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. shredded italian blend cheese
1 egg
Season turkey with red pepper flakes and basil. Brown turkey with onions and garlic. Cook bacon and crumble. Add to turkey. Divide browned turkey adding one half to sauce. Add egg and cheese to turkey/bacon mixture. Take lasagna noodles and spread turkey mixture across. Roll up lasagna noodles and place seam side down in a 9 x 9 baking dish that has enough sauce in the bottom of the pan to cover. Drizzle sauce over top of roll-ups and add shredded cheese to top. Bake at 375 until cheese is melted.
